Round parts diameter: 10 - 35 mm, length: 15 - 70 mm

Test criteria:

1. Surface crack detection with ultrasound and eddy current
2. Dimensional check contour: outer diameter, crowning, taper in the micro range, length measurement in the 1/100th range
3. Multiple sorting by size (4 areas + rejects), sorting by good and bad parts

Cycle times depending on stud size: 1.5 - 2.5 sec/part
