Task:
- Hydraulic linear feed with electrically limited minimum and maximum adjustment travel
- The feed speed should be infinitely adjustable
- Continuous monitoring of the respective position over the entire feed range
- Tensile and compressive force can be freely selected; the set limit value must be monitored
Solution:
The minimum and maximum adjustment travel can be set independently of each other using a special adjustment circuit. The adjustment range of the minimum travel limit is 0 to 50 % of the total travel. The adjustment range of the max. travel limitation is 50 to 100 % of the total travel.
