The test bench carries out fully automatic functional tests on hydraulic steering gears in rack and pinion design.
By automatically recognizing the steering types, the test bench adjusts to different steering models largely independently. This means that little or, ideally, no manual intervention is required when changing models.
Thanks to the integrated tool magazine, non-productive times and the operator's workload are reduced to a minimum when changing tools or during the retooling process. This significantly increases productivity and efficiency. Due to the short changeover times, even small batch sizes can be produced economically.
