Solution
The NC joining axis V2.0 from Klotz offers the optimum solution for precise and reliable joining processes. With its robust design, high joining force and flexible expansion options, it is perfectly suited to demanding production processes.
The axle includes a stable rail guide with fixed/loose bearing. This ensures optimum force distribution.
Integrated measuring systems such as the side-mounted measuring ruler and a reference ini ensure exact positioning and maximum repeat accuracy.
Thanks to its modular design, the NC joining axis V2.0 can be individually adapted. It can be expanded to include crash elements, force sensors and pneumatic staking systems. The use of electric or pneumatic clamping elements is also possible - for maximum flexibility.
