A reliable and transparent whistleblower system is crucial for recognizing and responding appropriately to violations of the law and guidelines.
We provide our employees, as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties, with various reporting channels for reporting possible compliance violations.

External reporting offices

In addition to the internal reporting channels, the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) also gives whistleblowers the option of contacting a competent external reporting office directly.
The central federal reporting office has been set up at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ). You can report violations there if you do not wish to use the internal reporting channel or if you believe that an external report makes more sense.
