This test bench can be used to carry out service life tests on manual and servo-assisted rack-and-pinion steering systems with an integrated web server.
Static and dynamic tests up to 30 Hz tie rod load are computer-controlled. The drive unit can be adjusted in four axes and the load unit in two axes.
The status of ongoing tests can be queried from any computer via the TCP/IP interface.
